• Offensive behaviour: Any threatening, abusive, or harassing communication directed at bd8 staff, other players, or third parties via any platform channel will result in immediate account action.

bd8 employs advanced fraud detection and monitoring tools to identify prohibited conduct. Where misconduct is confirmed, bd8 reserves the right to withhold funds, reverse transactions, and share relevant data with law enforcement agencies where required by applicable regulations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd8 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, delay, suspension, or termination of the Platform's services, including those caused by technical maintenance, server downtime, or third-party service failures.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
